Sener is a high-energy instructor with over 14 years of experience in fitness and weight training, and more than a decade of dedicated yoga practice. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training through Yogatown in Ottawa and brings a strong foundation in both strength and mobility to her classes.
Her approach blends functional movement, muscle-building, and deep breathwork, always delivered with motivation and great playlists. Sener believes movement should feel empowering, joyful, and sustainable. Her goal is to help clients build strength from the inside out, move with confidence, and unlock their full potential both on and off the mat.
