She explained everything so clearly, tailored the peel to my skin type, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. I’ve had two great experiences at West End Medical Spa in Kingston and can’t say enough good things! The staff is super professional, and the space is so clean, calming, and beautifully designed. Laurie was wonderful during my laser hair removal and facial consultation — she was incredibly thorough, asked all the right questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you get the best results! I also had a deluxe HydraFacial with Karen, who has such a gentle and calming touch. My skin was so glowy and lifted after — I’m honestly obsessed! Highly recommend this place if you’re considering any treatments. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely love coming here! Morghan and Karen are so knowledgeable at what they do and make you feel so comfortable! Karen has really been helping me work on my skin issues and it has helped so much! I opted for the membership and I am loving it! Looking forward to trying more treatments!

It's been a year since I first walked through the doors of West End Medical. The entire team has been informative and welcoming but a special shout out to Morgan and Karen for my many treatments (morpheous 8, facials & skincare regime), endless questions and their laughs!
