I had an amazing experience with Shelley. Did the halo laser treatment with acne scars being the main concern. Had two treatments. Everything was explained with realistic expectations. (Sorry missed my checkup appointment) She explained everything again as she was giving me the treatments so I knew exactly what she was doing and what was going on. Overall great experience and would consider other treatments in the future.

Everyone one of the staff members, starting from the extremely help front of the house staff that is always friendly or Dr Hoffman who fit me in for an emergency appointment or Taylor who keeps the mood light and calm while zapping my way to sensitive skin. Everyone has treated me with respect and kindness and I feel well cared for there, I would highly recommend their services.

I had a consult with Kaitlyn about toning the skin on my stomach. She was so honest and said the treatment wouldn’t help me. It’s nice to have someone not just pushing the sales.
